How do you lose belly fat fast?

Burn belly fat fast is possible by eating food that boosts metabolism.

It is not about counting calories and the amount of food. These are categorized calories and what kind of food.

As you here can read, there are three types of calories: fat calories, carbohydrate calories and protein calories.

  • Fat calories you can find include: cold-water fish, avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, linseed oil and cashew nuts.

Produced food appears quickly and easily lose weight around your belly

Many of our modern diet produced food, it means that it is not directly from nature. Much of the food produced is made so that it is economically attractive.

This means that the cost is low, the good taste and long shelf life. There is so little account of the nutritional value.

It often happens that the nutritional value of products produced at the expense of the three economic factors mentioned above. This negative nutritional value is one of the causes of excess abdominal fat and causes rapid weight loss is almost impossible.

  • Healthy natural oils such as extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and flaxseed oil.
  • Healthy carbs such as quinoa, sweet potatoes, and to a lesser extent oatmeal and couscous

What is a fat belly exactly?

A potbelly, a large waist circumference, abdominal circumference, or an obese with an expensive word abdominal obesity. It all means the same thing: too much abdominal fat.

For men, a waist circumference of more than 94 centimeters considered overweight , for women this circumference 80 centimeters.

Excess energy is stored in your body as fat. Fat is not passive, fat is active. Especially belly fat produces a lot of hormones and other chemicals.

Research by the RIVM shows that both men and women with excessive abdominal circumference have a higher risk of dying from heart disease than those with average or small abdominal circumference.

Jane Wardle , a professor at the University of London encourages people to burn belly fat. In 2012 Wardle warned of the hormones produced by abdominal fat. Research shows that these substances have a strong relationship with the development of cancer cells and tumors.

Several studies in inner – and abroad , show that the abdominal circumference of both men and women is on the rise. Given all the above information is therefore a very serious matter.

The cause of a ‘belly’

Abdominal fat is superfluous and unnecessary energy that must be burned. A logical argument would be so little to eat and lots of sports.

Your body is unfortunately (or fortunately) more complicated together.

Little food and lots of sports results in a very annoying and eventually irresistible hunger.

Hunger can be compared to the feeling you get when you try to hold your breath long. At some point, you can stop it anymore, you just breathe. The same happens if you do not eat too long.

Besides hunger your body receives a biological signal that the excess energy should store as body fat.

This biological signal is also very logical. Because you eat enough food, your body goes economical with the energy that gets it. This’ economical to do, ensures that more energy is stored as body fat and less energy is readily available for combustion.

To burn belly fat is not so much the amount of food you need to change, but especially the kind of food. Different types of food are indeed burned differently in your body.
